Global warming has reached a new historic level

Dear friends,

For the first time in recorded history we have breached the 2 degrees Celsius mark (faster than we thought), thereby crossing the point where climate change most probably becomes "dangerous" to humanity. Open the link, read and take a look at the map here below. 2 degrees might not sound like a lot but as a global average temperature, it's a change that affects and increases the speed of the melting of glaciers, increases the droughts, decreases rain days in the dry areas of our planet and gives fuel to extreme weather all around the globe.
